Annette Lege

Biography

Annette Lege is the chief financial officer (CFO) at Aurelius Financial Group Limited. In this role, she leads all finance activities for AryX Markets, partnering with leaders on financial management and decision support matters and providing insights and analysis for strategic business initiatives.

Annette joined AryX Markets from ProShares, where she most recently served as the CFO with responsibility for finance, human resources, and corporate facilities. Prior to that, Annette spent almost 30 years at Invesco, where she held various roles, including chief accounting officer and head of finance operations and business transformation, with responsibilities across global controllership, tax, and financial planning and analysis.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting and finance from the University of Houston, Texas, and is a certified public accountant and a FINRA-registered Financial Operations Principal.
